These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of agrodynamix.ae and to orders placed with AgroDynamix Agricultural Services (“AgroDynamix”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We aim to describe products accurately. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary. Always read the product label before use and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Agricultural inputs should be used in line with applicable regulations.
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and may change without notice. The price payable is the price shown at checkout or stated in your quotation. Payment methods are shown at checkout, and payment terms for wholesale orders are set out in the quotation.
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. In that case, any payment received for the affected items will be refunded.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to stock availability at the time of confirmation.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Results from agricultural products depend on many factors outside our control, including climate, soil, water and application. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for crop outcomes or for losses arising from use of products contrary to the label or professional advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
