Delivery areas

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Shipments to other GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar) are arranged on request.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the products ordered, the order size and the destination. Charges are shown at checkout or stated in your quotation before you confirm the order.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by product, quantity and destination. We will confirm the expected delivery time when your order is processed. Bulk and project orders are scheduled with you directly.

GCC and cross-border shipments

For shipments outside the UAE, customs duties, taxes and import requirements of the destination country may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise in the quotation.

Receiving your order

Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything is missing or damaged, let us know as soon as possible so that we can put it right.
