Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change-of-mind returns

If you wish to return an unopened item in its original packaging, contact us before sending anything back. The return period and conditions will be confirmed by our team.

Items that cannot be returned

Seeds, fertilizers, crop protection products and other consumables that have been opened or used.
Products cut or supplied to a custom length or quantity.
Items ordered specially for a project or quotation, unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

How to request a return

Email sales@agrodynamix.ae with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return.
